Basic Life Support Initial Training with Student Book
Service Description
Participants will learn the critical steps in performing CPR, including the proper techniques for initiating and maintaining chest compressions, as well as providing effective ventilations using a barrier device. The course emphasizes the importance of early use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) as a vital component in the chain of survival. The course also covers techniques for relieving foreign-body airway obstructions, commonly known as choking, in both adults and infants. Participants will learn the appropriate methods for identifying and responding to airway obstructions to ensure the prompt delivery of life-saving interventions. Please note that the course book is not included and must be purchased separately if you do not already possess a book for the class. The book serves as a valuable resource, providing additional information and reinforcing the concepts covered during the course.
