CNA Program Reschedule Policy

At Fort Pierce Training Center, our CNA Program is designed to provide personalized instruction with a maximum of 2 students per class. To maintain this level of individual attention and ensure the best learning experience, we have implemented the following reschedule policy:

1. Reschedule Fee:

   • If you no-show, cancel, or request to reschedule your class, a $250 reschedule fee will be applied. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with reserving your spot in the class and to maintain our small class sizes.

2. Fee Exemption:

   • If you are unable to attend your scheduled class due to an accident or illness, you may be eligible for a reschedule fee exemption. To qualify, you must provide:

     • A police report if the absence is due to an accident, or

     • A doctor’s note confirming the illness.

This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all students enrolled in our CNA Program. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to working with you to accommodate these situations within the framework of this policy.
