Terms of Use
This Agreement validates the contractual relationship Fort Pierce Training Center (hereinafter referred to as “FPTC”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and you (hereinafter referred to as “client”, “customer”, “your”, “user” or “student”). Access to the physical classes, online classes and online materials is through our Center’s address and e-learning site. Please carefully read the following terms before accessing this site or using a module. By accessing the site (which includes, visiting, registering, purchasing or accessing a course), you accept and agree to all of the covenants and conditions stated in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the site.
By using this service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You also agreed to review this agreement periodically to be aware of modifications to the agreement, which modifications we may make at any time without any prior notice to you. Your continued use of this site will be construed as your conclusive acceptance of any modified agreement.
General
Fort Pierce Training Center reserves the right to change the content used at any time.
Customers who fail to complete the learning module available through the classroom or online portal in the time available will not be eligible for a refund.
Customers will receive an electronic notification prior to the course end date.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must cease the module immediately and notify Fort Pierce Training Center of your intent not to continue
Services
FPTC is open to all persons who have attained the age of 18 and above. By direct implication, any person who has not attained this age qualification should not and will not be accepted into the FPTC.
We are a co-educational training school/center, providing excellent academic services to all persons within the ambit of the afore-stated age qualification.
Our services are flexible and dynamic as it combines classroom-based and online courses or programs to align with the respective choices and aspirations of our students.
Financial
Fort Pierce Training Center quotes prices and issues invoices in US dollars. The client must pay in the currency shown on the invoice.
Any sales taxes relevant to the country where the course takes place will be added to the course fees in accordance with that country's tax regulations.
By signing our purchase agreement, you are agreeing to our payment terms.
Fort Pierce Training Center will raise an invoice for the module fees and any certification/exam fees before the start of the training. The client must make payment within 5 days of the date on the invoice, including the weekend, regardless of training having been started or completed.
Fort Pierce Training Center prefers to receive payments electronically. Our bank details are noted on our invoices.
Course fees include the licensing of training materials to a limited period of time to and appropriately qualified course content. Each license is valid to one person only and cannot be exchanged, transferred to a third party or shared.
Fort Pierce Training Center reserves the right to review the pricing and take appropriate action when changes to module specification occur beyond our control. All discounts, whether advertised or stated in correspondence, are mutually exclusive i.e. only one discount can be applied to any one booking.
Late payment may incur penalty charges including removal of any discounts.
Fort Pierce Training Center reserves the right to charge interest on late payments of invoices at a rate above the Bank of America’s base rate.
Cancellation Policy

All cancellation notices must be received in writing through admin@fortpiercetrainingcenter.com. You are further reminded that we do not entertain refund requests. So, for whatever reason that you may wish to cancel your program, you agree that no refund request will entertain by us.
If a customer cannot access the online program via www.fortpiercetrainingcenter.com we ask that you can send us an email at classes@fortpiercetrainingcenter.com for necessary assistance.
The start date of all access is deemed to be the date that the customer first has access to the class. Fort Pierce Training Center will make one attempt to warn the customer when this access period has ended. After this attempt Fort Pierce Training Center can no longer guarantee access to the course or that certification will be possible.
You agree and understand that by submitting application form, you are enrolling in the selected class(es), either classroom-based or online, and that you will pay a NON-REFUNDABLE Registration/Student Material Fee.
You further agree that if for ANY reason you are unable to attend class, you only have 48 hours to RESCHEDULE the class to a later date and/or time.
You agree that you cannot transfer payments for the selected class(es), either classroom-based or online, to another program, class, or person.
Refunds
Once purchase agreement is returned, you will be given automatic access to the online materials for e-learning or lecture schedules for classroom-based courses, no refund is available after you have paid for the program.
• No refund is given where a student does not complete the course or submit an assessment.
• No refund is given where a customer does not use the full number of licenses stipulated in the purchase agreement.
• You understand and agree that only if a class is cancelled by Fort Pierce Training Center twice will a full refund be issued to you.
• Your access to the selected class(es), either classroom-based or online, is exclusive to you alone and cannot be shared with, transferred to or used by another person other than me.
Learning Materials
The training material is property of Fort Pierce Training Center.
• This training material has been prepared, maintained, updated and distributed by Fort Pierce Training Center.
• The use of the training material on our modules is restricted to you as a Registered Student who has been supplied with the entry code by Fort Pierce Training Center.
• The Registered User shall not copy, share, modify, transmit, distribute, or in any way, exploit the copyrighted materials provided by Fort Pierce Training Center other than for their own individual training. Use for any other purpose is expressly prohibited by law and any violators will be prosecuted.
• The Registered User shall not permit anyone else to copy, use, modify, transmit, distribute, or in any way, exploit the copyrighted materials.
• The materials made available by Fort Pierce Training Center are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed, or implied, including, but not limited to, all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement.
• Fort Pierce Training Center does not warrant that the materials will be error free including technical inaccuracies, nor free of viruses, or other harmful matter. The entire cost of any necessary service, repair, or correction, is the Registered User's responsibility.
• Fort Pierce Training Center may make improvements, or changes, to this material at any time without prior notification.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must cease to use the e-learning immediately.
Classroom Behavior and Decency
• If you are fifteen (15) minutes late to class, you will NOT be allowed in class and will have to schedule a Friday make up day.
• We do not allow makeup day for online classes. Therefore, it is important NOT to be late. Students are locked out of class if they are ten (10) minutes late.
• If a student fails to wear their uniform or do not have proper close toe shoes, they will not be allowed in class and will need to schedule a Friday makeup day.
• During class, cell phones MUST ALWAYS be on vibration mode so as not to disturb the class. If a phone call MUST be answered, they will be asked to excuse themselves from the class.
• If you are now showing up for a class then, you MUST let us know and you only have four months to reschedule and come into the next class.
• For the one-day classes, if you fail to show up for a one-day class, then you automatically forfeit your access and lose your money, for which there will be no refund.
• On the day and time, you are required to attend any class, but you won’t able to attend the class, you are required to notify us in advance and we reschedule your class again.
Dress Code and Food Policy
• You agree as a matter of health of others and public safety that, due to COVID-19, a face mask is always required while in the classroom.
• You accept that your class requires a school-issued uniform t-shirt and that you are wear it as your class uniform each day with scrub bottoms or plain jeans.
• You are not allowed to wear hair bonnets, caps, and or headscarf as well as any form of open-toe shoes in the classroom.
• You agree that food is NOT allowed in the classroom, except WATER ONLY which must in a sealed container.
Who can enroll for our Classes?
FPTC is open to all persons who have attained the age of 18 and above. By direct implication, any person who has not attained this age qualification should not and will not be accepted into the FPTC.
Access to the Modules
Fort Pierce Training Center strives to provide uninterrupted e learning module content to its customers. To that end, Fort Pierce Training Center will take all commercially reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted Access of the courses to its customers. However, from time to time, customers may be unable to Access the courses due to conditions beyond Fort Pierce Training Center's control. Such conditions include, but are not limited to:
Force Majeure, acts of God, power outages, and the acts of computer hackers and others acting outside the law. Also, from time to time, Access may be unavailable due to software issues, server downtime, increased Internet traffic or downtime, programming errors, regular maintenance of the system, and other related reasons. In response to any unavailability of the courses to its customers, Fort Pierce Training Center will take all commercially reasonable steps to ensure Access is restored within a reasonable period of time. The term "commercially reasonable," as used in these Terms, shall mean reasonable efforts taken in good faith without an unduly or burdensome use or expenditure of time, resources, personnel or money.
Fort Pierce Training Center endeavors to provide the highest quality content to its customers. To that end, Fort Pierce Training Center reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, or discontinue any aspect or feature of this module in whole or in part, including, without limitation, the content, availability, Access and/or the Terms of this module. Such changes, modifications, additions, or deletions will be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which notice may be made by posting such changes the Fort Pierce Training Center site.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient and compatible hardware, software, telecommunications equipment and Internet service necessary for use of the Site or participate effectively in the physical.
Fort Pierce Training Center shall make reasonable efforts to provide technical support Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am – 5pm excluding statutory or national holidays.
Third Party Content; Hyperlinks
Fort Pierce Training Center makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, of the accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of the information provided by third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, any information found on a link located on this site that allows users to access information found on another site. Additionally, Fort Pierce Training Center does not warrant the existence or functionality of any website which can be accessed through a link located on this site.
Copyrights, Trademarks and Other Proprietary Rights
Fort Pierce Training Center or its third party content providers shall retain all worldwide rights in the intellectual property in and on the Site, including, but not limited to, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, inventions, ideas, trade secrets, the source code, the HTML code, the "look and feel" of the Site, its color combinations, layout, and all other graphical elements, and the copyrights in and to its original content. You should assume that everything you read or see on the Site is copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected and owned or licensed by Fort Pierce Training Center.
Except as expressly stated on the Site or in these Terms, nothing that You read or see on the Site or in the courses may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, republished, displayed or performed for commercial use without the prior written consent of goodelearning.com, except as provided in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms grants you an express or implied license to use any of Fort Pierce Training Center’s intellectual property.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
User’s access of this site is at their own risk. The site is provided on an "as is, as available" basis without warranty of any kind, expressed, implied or statutory, and any and all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of third parties' rights are specifically disclaimed. Fort Pierce Training Center does not warrant any particular result from use of the software or site. Fort Pierce Training Center does not warrant that the information on the site is accurate, complete or complies with any particular law or regulation, or that the operation of and your access to the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or completely secure.
Under no circumstances and under no legal theory (tort, contract or otherwise) shall we or any of our affiliates, agents, employees, shareholders, directors, officers, third party content providers, successors or assigns be liable to you or any other person or entity for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any character, including without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, loss of data, loss of productivity or contract, or any and all other commercial damages or losses.
Your use of this site is at your sole risk and any content that you download is downloaded at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system in excess of the amount Fort Pierce Training Center received from students for a course, and for any loss of data that results from the downloading of any such content, including any damages resulting from computer viruses.
In no event will Fort Pierce Training Center be liable for any damages in excess of the amount Fort Pierce Training Center received from the customer for access to a module, even if Fort Pierce Training Center has been informed of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party.
In no event will warranties provided by law, if any, apply unless they are required to apply by statute notwithstanding their exclusion by contract.
This disclaimer is applicable to any damage or injury resulting from the negligence or an omission of Fort Pierce Training Center, computer virus or other similar item, telecommunications errors, or unauthorized access to or use of user information through theft or any other means. Fort Pierce Training Center is not liable for criminal, tortious, or negligent actions or omissions of third parties that affect this site.
The Contract
When you commit to enroll at or purchase any of our classes and e-learning products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You agree to use the materials and site for your own personal learning and not to reproduce, sell, hire, or copy Module materials (in whole or in part) and not to use such materials except for personal reference.
Certificates
At the end of the class, certificates will be issues to each student, certifying the basis upon which the certificate is issued.
Severability, Headings, Non-waiver
If any part of this Agreement infringes upon any law and is held by a competent court or tribunal to be invalid or unenforceable, either in whole or in part, then that part shall be ineffective and severed from this Agreement and shall not invalidate nor affect the enforceability of any other part listed in this terms.
Our failure to insist in one or more instances to enforce the strict performance of any provision of the Terms of Use or to take advantage of its rights herein will not constitute a waiver of its right to subsequently enforce such rights or any other provisions of the Terms of Use.
