  • Are you a school?
No. Fort Pierce Training Center is only a training center. We do not issue diplomas, or degrees. We offer certification programs through Board Approve and Certified agencies. We are not a school, college, or university.
  • Will I receive a valid certificate?
Yes, as a training center, we bring the training to your community by partnering with 3rd party vendors that are accredited in their field. All classes that have a certification are approved through their specific board.
  • Do you have a payment plan?
No. Payment plans are a form of financing. We believe that everyone should be able to afford an education and so we try to keep our prices as low as possible. We are however, looking at 3rd party companies that our students may qualify for monthly payments.
  • Do you help students find a job?
Yes. Our goal is to see our students become successful. An important part of that success is to become gainfully employed. We provide students with names and recommendations of agencies and facilities that are currently looking for new employees or contractors.
  • What is your refund policy?
We have a No Refund Policy. Our trainers are contracted per class. Once we schedule a trainer they have commited the time to come and expect that we have the number of students as per our contract. If a student no shows that trainer is still expected to be paid.
  • What if I am unable to attend class or have an emergency?
We have a small window of margin where we can reschedule but it is important that if a last minute emergency happens, we are notified no later than 10am the morning of class. Students can call and text us at (772) 828-2208 and after hours they can text or leave a message. We are not responsible to call the student. If the student does not show or call they will forfeit their payments and would need to pay again in order to take that class.
