Fort Pierce Training Center Digital Product No Refund Policy

Policy Overview:

At Fort Pierce Training Center (FPTC), we are dedicated to providing high-quality digital products that meet the needs of our customers. To maintain the integrity and value of our offerings, we have established a strict no refund policy for all digital products purchased through our platform.

Scope:

This policy applies to all digital products sold by FPTC, including but not limited to online courses,

e-books, downloadable content, and digital subscriptions.

Policy Details:

1. No Refunds:

   • All sales of digital products are final. Once a purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Product Descriptions:

   • We provide detailed descriptions, of our digital products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. We encourage all customers to review these materials carefully before making a purchase.

3. Technical Issues:

   • In the event of technical issues that prevent access to a purchased digital product, we will work diligently to resolve the problem. Customers experiencing technical difficulties should contact our support team at classes@fortpiercetrainingcenter.com for assistance.

   • Please include details of the issue and any relevant screenshots or error messages to expedite the resolution process.

4. Duplicate Purchases:

   • If you accidentally purchase the same digital product multiple times, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the duplicate purchase. We will review your request and, if verified, provide a credit for future purchases on our platform.

5. Unauthorized Purchases:

   • If you believe that a purchase was made without your authorization, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the claim and take appropriate action. Unauthorized purchases reported beyond 10 days from the transaction date will not be eligible for review.

6. Digital Product Access:

   • Upon purchase, customers will receive access to the digital product via the email provided at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided email is correct and that they have access to it.

   • Access to digital products is provided for the duration specified at the time of purchase. FPTC reserves the right to modify access terms and conditions as necessary.

7. Exchanges:

   • Exchanges for different digital products are not permitted. Customers are advised to carefully review all product information and ensure they are purchasing the correct item.

8. Changes to Policy:

   • FPTC reserves the right to modify this no refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is the customer's responsibility to review the policy periodically.

 9. Fraudulent Chargebacks:

             Initiating a chargeback for services or products that were received and as described is            

             considered fraud. We will pursue all available legal avenues to address fraudulent  

             chargebacks, including reporting the incident to credit bureaus and law enforcement agencies.

​ 10. Florida Statutes on Chargeback Fraud:

             Under Florida law, initiating a chargeback for services or products that were received and as                  described is considered fraudulent. Florida Statute 817.61 addresses credit card fraud, stating                that any person who uses a credit card with intent to defraud commits a felony of the third      

            degree, punishable as provided in Florida Statute 775.082, 775.083, or 775.084.

​Additionally, per Florida Statute 772.11, any person who proves by clear and convincing evidence that they have been injured by reason of fraud is entitled to threefold the actual damages sustained and may also recover reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.
