No Refund. We will not offer a refund for scheduled classes. If you are unable to attend, we will gladly reschedule you for the next available class. Our trainers are contracted and once we receive a commitment from them for a class they are paid even if the student does not show up. 

We understand that emergencies happens and we ask to be inform no later than 10am the morning of class by phone or text at (772) 828-2208 if a student realizes that they will not make it to class. 

We will also follow the same protocol if the trainer has an emergency. We will notify the students immediately by phone and text message and reschedule the class at their earliest convenience.

If a student no call or no show for class, all payments will be forfeited.

If you are purchasing an online or digital program, there will be no refund, no exception. Online and digital products are immediate access. Even if you only logged in once.
